“Janine visited us at home and was very clear and conscientious in explaining our options, taking into consideration our particular family circumstances. She was very friendly, easy to talk to and very patient. It was all very convenient, stress-free and reassuring.”
“We’d previously had meetings with other estate planning companies we weren’t comfortable with. Our friends highly recommended Janine, and from start to finish we weren’t disappointed. Her advice was explained in layman’s terms and specific to our needs. It was like talking to our best friend, and the cherry on the cake: our documents were hand delivered.”
“I booked an appointment with Janine after my divorce, and I’m so glad I did. Everything was explained clearly and without any pressure. I now understand exactly what I need to do to make sure my home and savings go where I want them to. The advice was worth its weight in gold.”
“They really took the time to understand our situation as a blended family. The advice was clear, practical and tailored to us, not a one-size-fits-all service. We now have complete confidence our children will be looked after the way we want.”
“Janine came to see my Mum and put the wheels in motion for a Family Trust and Powers of Attorney. Our family’s needs are complex, but the arrangements now in place give us total peace of mind. Janine went above and beyond: when Mum lost a necklace of great sentimental value, Janine even called in at the supermarket on her way home to see if it had been handed in. Such a lovely, caring gesture.”
“From start to finish Janine and the team made everything so straightforward. They explained every step clearly, answered all our questions and helped us make the right decisions for our family. We were so impressed that the documents were personally hand delivered too.”
“Losing my wife was hard enough, and I didn’t realise how vulnerable my estate had become. Janine helped me understand my options, update my Will and safeguard my home for my children. Everything was handled sensitively and with genuine care. The service was 10/10.”
“We’re a busy family with work, school runs, the lot, so sorting our Wills kept falling to the bottom of the list. Janine made everything so straightforward and explained what we needed in a way that actually made sense. We wish we’d done it sooner.”
